Head of Sales

Lead and scale our advertiser sales function. You'll own the full sales motion — from prospecting Bitcoin-friendly brands and crypto-native apps to closing high-value campaigns on SatsFaucet.
What you'll do
- Build and execute the outbound sales strategy targeting advertisers across crypto, gaming, fintech, and Web3.
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing campaign deals paid in Bitcoin.
- Hit and exceed quarterly revenue and pipeline targets.
- Hire, mentor, and grow the sales team as the function scales.
- Partner with marketing and product to refine positioning, pricing, and packaging.
- Represent Middle Entertainment at industry conferences and within the Bitcoin/crypto ecosystem.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record selling adtech, performance marketing, or user acquisition products.
- Deep understanding of Bitcoin, Lightning Network, and the broader crypto ecosystem.
- Existing network of decision-makers across crypto apps, exchanges, wallets, or Web3 brands.
- Comfortable operating in a remote, fast-moving startup environment.
